Grand Targhee’s two mountains deliver one extraordinary skiing adventure and it’s nestled in the Grand Tetons- only one hour away from downtown Jackson. The Grand Targhee Resort opened back in 1969 and many skiers appreciate the same unaltered slopes and scenery found over thirty years ago. Shopping, dining, Dreamchaser Spa & Fitness Center, live entertainment and a variety of accommodations are on property.
You’ll have two mountains at your whim with over 2,000 acres available via lift and another 1,000 set aside for snowcat adventures- a Grand Targhee favorite. With over 500 inches of snow annually, it’s no surprise that Grand Targhee resort often earns high recognition, including “Best Snow in North America”, from national ski reports and professionals alike. If you’re just getting your “snow legs”, Grand Targhee is a great place to learn. Ski Magazine claims Grand Targhee has "the most elbow room in North America" so you’ll have plenty of space to learn or improve.
