Snow King Resort
Many consider Snow King to be the heart of skiing in Jackson Hole. Not only because it was the first ski resort in the area, but because it is also conveniently located just 6 miles from downtown Jackson. Snow King has the honor of acting as the doorway to Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks and is encircled by 400 acres of Bridger-Teton National Park.
Snow King’s winter menu features a tubing park, ice-skating, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, guided tours of the backcountry, one triple and two double chairlifts, and a surface tow. Over 400 acres are available for day skiing and 110 acres for night skiing. Skiers of any degree can learn something new at the Great American Ski School. And when you’re ready for a break, dining, shops, and a lounge are on-site. More options are a short walk away in downtown Jackson.
